Pay rate ranges from $21 to $26 ( Based on experience )
Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dining operations during service
- Lead and support servers, bartenders, and bussers to ensure smooth execution
- Deliver top-notch service to members and guests
- Coordinate special requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor cleanliness, setup, and presentation of dining areas
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Assign sidework for each shift
- Create floorplan to best accommodate member requests
- Opening & Closing shifts
- Update POS system with weekly specials
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an upscale dining or country club setting
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
