Associate Creative Director

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Associate Creative Directorto join for an approximate 3-month project!

Our client seeks a highly creative, innovative, and hands-on ACD with a motion design or art director-focused background. This person will take the lead on social campaigns spotlighting products. You should be well-versed in ideating and creating social content.

As an Associate Creative Director, You Will

• Lead the creative direction for a multi-month social media campaign spotlighting a key product.
• Ideate and conceptualize engaging motion design and social content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute high-quality visual assets for social platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation in design.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine concepts, incorporating feedback to achieve campaign goals.
• Manage end-to-end creative processes, from brainstorming to final delivery, with minimal supervision.

As an Applicant, You Bring

• 6 years of experience in creative direction with a strong focus on motion design.
• Proven expertise in creating visually compelling social content, with 24 years of dedicated experience in this space.
• Ability to independently ideate, conceptualize, and deliver creative content under guidance.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and social media campaigns.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively.

Compensation

Pay Range:$60$76.5 (Hourly)

The successful candidates starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits:

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
