Associate Producer (Publishing)

RUN Studios is in search of a motivated Associate Producer (Publishing) to join our busy video production team! The Associate Producer serves as a key support role for a busy production team onsite with one of our large corporate clients. The APs primary responsibility will focus on video quality control to check for content loss, audio/visual sync, and light file management. This would be someone interested in Media Management, Post-Production, or Video Accessibility workflows.

The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is detail oriented, articulate and a fast learner. You'll enjoy being part of a fast-paced production team in a key support role.

This is for project-based work, duration will be 1-2 weeks for an event that runs from May 19, 2025 through May 23, 2025.

As an Associate Producer (Publishing), You Will

• Take on demand video work and transfer it into a file tracking tool
• Review and provide video quality control to check for content loss
• Ensure proper audio/visual sync
• Provide file management
• Be available to commute onsite and complete 810-hour shifts in-person

As an Applicant, You Bring

• Experience with formats for live broadcast, web delivery, on-demand, and captioning
• Technical skills: Work with and understand File types, resolutions, captioning and work with and have experience with digital platforms
• Some technical knowledge in terms of formats/deliverables and post-production workflows
• Enjoy collaborating with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with PC platforms
• Experience in digital media management, tracking content, and working on tight deadlines
• Excellent project management skills with proven experience in managing media/technology projects
• Firm grasp on Microsoft 365 Products (SharePoint, Excel, Forms)
• Good time management skills, ability to multitask
• Calm demeanor while working under pressure
• Problem solving skills and a bias for action

Bonus if You Have

• 1-2 years of Video Editing experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Products, Events, and Senior Leadership

Compensation

Pay Range:$45.00 - $50.00 (Hourly)

The successful candidates starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
