RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Internal Communications & Learning Engagement Specialist to join for an approximate 6-month project!
While this is a remote position, you must reside in Washington, Oregon, or California to be considered. This is a part-time role requiring up to 20 hours a week.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Internal Communications & Learning Engagement Specialist to support our client's companys learning initiatives. This role is responsible for crafting engaging internal communications, managing digital content, and promoting learning programs to drive employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a background in media research or marketing, strong communication skills, and experience with design tools and content management.
As an Internal Communications & Learning Engagement Specialist, You Will
- Develop and execute internal communications to promote learning programs and events.
- Design and distribute newsletters, email campaigns, and digital announcements.
- Maintain the learning program's intranet presence and content calendar.
- Track and report on program engagement metrics and attendance.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and promote relevant courses.
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, presentations, and digital content.
- Support the planning and execution of learning events and workshops.
- Manage social media posts on internal platforms.
- Gather and organize participant feedback and success stories.
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 2 years of experience in media research or marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in storytelling with data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation
Pay Range: $25 - $27.50 (Hourly)
The successful candidates pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
