RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Marketing Manager to join for an approximate 5-month project!

This position is a hybrid role in Seattle. Candidates must be local to the Seattle area to be considered for this position.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can work in an extremely fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to ensure on-time approval, setup, and execution of promotions, while looking ahead to identify and account for any roadblocks.

As a Marketing Manager, You Will

• Drive marketing programs for client's brand partnerships.
• Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements website.
• Build best in class shopping experience for our customers on including storefront merchandising, promotion execution, and event ownership.
• Project-manage initiatives end-to-end that require cross-functional work.
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.

As an Applicant, You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 year minimum experience in Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, tableau.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and determine next steps.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and communications effectively.

Compensation

Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.25 (Hourly)    

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
