What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at Run Studios Llc?
The Production Coordinator serves as the main support for our producer team with one of our large corporate clients. Working in a highly adaptive role, the candidate will scale and fulfill tasks for backend support to the video and virtual Producer team, as well as for client-facing requests.
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is detail-oriented and a strong communicator. You will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, agile, and prolific video production team in a key support role.
Please note that this is a 3-month contract, candidates must be local to the Seattle area for consideration.
As a Production Coordinator, You Will
- Manage production schedule for Live Events
- Communicate with resources and producers to crew productions
- Do basic scheduling of video projects and editorial
- Monitor several email accounts, manage inboxes and calendars
- Schedule team meetings
- Take meeting minutes in various meetings
- Update team and resourcing documents
- Order craft services (catering) for large production crews
- Be a point of contact for tracking and reconciling of financials for ancillary and accessibility services rendered
- Review statement of work documents
- Open and close projects
- Support Associate Producers on tasks as needed
- Perform miscellaneous duties assigned by the Production Manager and Executive Producer
- Be a secondary point of contact for staff support procurement for upcoming projects
- Research/schedule travel arrangements for out of state/international projects

- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.)

- Experience working in a corporate environment/fortune 10 company
- General understanding of the technical and creative video production workflows with a broadcast or studio facility environment

Compensation
Pay Range: $24.00 / hour
The successful candidates starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
