RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join for an approximate 9-month project!

This position requires 3-5 days onsite in Seattle. Candidates must be local to the Seattle area to be considered for this position.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions, including marketing, media planning, finance, engineering, legal, business development, and product management, to create products that shape media planning and campaign lifecycles. You’ll work on high-priority business challenges, developing new solutions and features that drive critical decisions and operations.  

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how millions of customers interact with events globally. You'll drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of a mobile platform that will evolve beyond enhancing the attendee experiences to a GenAI-first mobile application customers around the globe will rely on daily.

 

As a Senior Product Manager, You Will

  • Own multiple product lifecycle aspects of the Events mobile app, from 0 to 1 conception to launch and ongoing improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and event operators to define and prioritize business needs
  • Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions
  • Manage the app's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with event strategies and leveraging the latest in mobile and cloud technologies, focusing on a GenAI-first approach
  • Drive the adoption of services within the app, showcasing our technologies in action
  • Oversee the app's performance, security, and scalability to handle high-traffic events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the app meets diverse event needs

 

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10 years of experience in product or program management.  
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, delivering complex features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.  
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to define technical requirements, develop high-level designs, and lead the creation of innovative internal tools and products.  
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, driving results and securing buy-in from stakeholders.  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience creating and sharing project information effectively across teams.

Compensation

Pay Range: $110 - $118.19 (Hourly)    

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.  

Benefits:

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
