RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a User Experience Designer to join for an approximate 6-month project!
While this is a remote position, you must reside in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Florida, Colorado, Michigan, Texas, or New York to be considered.
We're looking for a User Experience Designer with a passion for solving complex problems and creating intuitive, data-driven web applications. This role is focused on designing tools for sellers to manage their online storefronts, inventory, and orders across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong user-centered design approach, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning research insights into innovative product experiences that scale.
As a User Experience Designer, You Will
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to define feature requirements and design solutions based on user needs and data
- Conduct and incorporate findings from user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Use performance analytics to evaluate and iterate on existing product features
- Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders for feedback and alignment
- Help define and maintain UX design standards and documentation
- Stay up to date with trends in ecommerce, design systems, and interface innovation
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 3 years of UX design and UX research experience focused on web or software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Strong skills in Figma, along with other design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Visio
- Solid understanding of web-based information architecture, usability principles, and user-centered design methods
- Experience interpreting web analytics and using data to guide design choices
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams Experience prototyping using HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Compensation
Pay Range: $45-$51.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
