STRIDE is Lawrenceville's first boutique fitness studio experience, providing a welcoming environment and community focus for clients of all levels and backgrounds. Group classes are led by certified coaches in a supportive and empowering environment with state-of-the-art equipment and electrifying music. STRIDE aims to create a space where cardio, strength training and functional movement create one of the most engaging and effective ways to achieve your mental & physical goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 25 clients
- Energize and motivate clients throughout class
- Build STRIDE class attendance and retain current clientele
- Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations including, but not limited to trainings on The Starting Line or any required continuing education
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Set up treadmills and explain class format for prospects and new clients
- Coach own classes and keep subbing to a minimum
- Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
