Duties

• Assist in food preparation and pizza under the guidance of chefs and kitchen supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Wash dishes and maintain overall cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding areas.
• Clean and mop floors, assist with BOH staff when necessary.

Skills

• Experience in food service or hospitality settings is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices is a must.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
