Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates and drivers
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift and OSHA certification preferred
