Process Engineer

The Process Site Engineer will assist the process supervisor in completing training for on-site process personnel to improve their work skills; Work, arrangement, and performance evaluation of on-site process personnel; Lead the analysis and investigation of the impact of FPY yield on the manufacturing process and improve the A-grade product rate; Optimize on-site work processes, reduce production costs in the workshop, and reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for optimizing the process parameters of the responsible process, improving efficiency, and standardizing control points.
• Develop and modify process control documents and training based on improvement plans.
• Reduce the cost optimization of responsible processes.
• Propose improvement suggestions and measures for the KPI indicators that do not meet the standards in the workshop and promote responsible departments to improve and implement them.
• Responsible for leading the analysis and investigation of the FPY yield impact in the manufacturing process and improving the A-grade product rate.
• Responsible for establishing, improving, and optimizing yield control systems and implementing them.
• Continuous improvement of product reliability control and improvement plans.
• Develop and modify process control documents and training based on improvement plans.
• Responsible for supplier technical communication and development and organization of improvement plans.
• Responsible for conducting research on relevant technologies within the industry.
• Responsible for liaising with customers to develop feasible solutions for special requirements.
• Responsible for training department employees on theoretical knowledge related to solar modules

Requirements

• College degree or above, STEM related majors such as Semiconductor, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc. is preferred.
• More than three years of process experience in the photovoltaic industry, with over two years of on-site process experience preferred.
• Master relevant knowledge of on-site process flow and analysis and handling of anomalies in each process.
• Good independent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Hardworking and strong execution ability.
• Timely complete tasks assigned by superiors and provide feedback on results.
• Bilingual required- Mandarin
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
