Production Warehouse Supervisor

The Production Warehouse Supervisor will lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. This role involves managing warehouse staff, coordinating workflow, and maintaining inventory accuracy while meeting production goals. Description

• Responsible for overall warehouse daily management, coordinating work between departments and various functional departments.
• Responsible for formulating and revising management systems for warehouse receipt and delivery, operational processes, and improving various processes and standards for warehouse management; Establish standardized and complete logistics and warehousing operation reports and provide timely feedback on warehousing operations.
• Reasonable layout and management of warehouses, rational planning of storage space for each sub warehouse and storage methods for goods; Responsible for formulating standards for the standardization, labeling, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, and accuracy management of materials for each warehouse storage location
• Responsible for assigning warehouse staff tasks and supervising daily work;
• Responsible for reviewing and supervising operations such as warehouse entry and exit inventory, tracking the implementation of various work systems, and signing for documents and documents at all levels of the warehouse.
• Summarize, review, produce and send weekly and monthly reports via email.
• Develop and summarize monthly plans.
• Attend regular or temporary meetings of our department and related departments.
• Training on professional knowledge and job skills for subordinates.
• Responsible for the safety and protection of goods and personnel in the warehouse, conducting safety assessments, continuously improving inventory management safety, and ensuring that stored materials are not damaged.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with a focus in warehousing and logistics.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• 3 or more years of work experience as a supervisor
• Professional knowledge in photovoltaics
• Understanding of the processes in the warehousing and logistics department, and possess certain leadership skills, judgment and decision-making abilities, coordination skills, interpersonal communication skills, and planning and execution abilities.
• Capable of effectively utilizing various resources
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
