Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations Management
- Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts through mediation, coaching, and structured interventions.
- Conduct impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, or policy violations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide guidance to managers on ER best practices, including performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and termination protocols.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, including surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
- Analyze turnover data and exit interviews to identify systemic issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of ER cases, investigations, and outcomes in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and department heads to address complex ER issues and ensure consistent policy application.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
