SUPPORT STAFF
HOST/HOSTESS - FOOD RUNNER - BUSSER
- Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025
- Schedule: Swing, Evening, Weekends and Holidays

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Support Staff is responsible for upholding the roles of Host/Hostess, Food Runner and Busser.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Able to politely and cheerfully greet and seat guests.
- Able to provide excellent customer service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure proper plating, including additions and/or substitutions prior to bringing food to guests.
- Assist wait staff in bussing, cleaning and re-setting tables.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Restock work area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work within an established timeframe to achieve the common goal of customer satisfaction.
- Must have excellent communication skills with an energetic and fun attitude.
- Must have flexible availability.
- General food safety knowledge.
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must be able to bend, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
