Golf Course Attendant
General Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm.
- Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities and hours of operation, as well as dining options.
- Explain all golf products, services and other information about the resort.
- Possess a good understanding of golf rules and regulations and proper course etiquette.
- Answer any questions and assist guests with their requests.
- Resolve guest issues focusing on guest satisfaction. Use supervisor assistance if needed.
- Keep golf carts, range balls and club rentals clean, presentable and available for use.
- Keep driving range clean and water containers filled.
- Keep the course water containers filled with ice water.
- Maintain trash and restroom receptacles.
- Maintain ground area around the pro shop and driving range.
- Maintain good personal hygiene and clean work environment.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
- Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the Running Y Properties Employee Handbook.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications:
- Previous guest service and golf experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Must be able to multi task and work under pressure.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
