As a Fit Specialist, you will assist customers of varied backgrounds and ensure an excellent experience for all.

Responsibilities
Provide a consistently high level of customer service for a wide variety of customers and their footwear needs- from runners and walkers to everyday / comfort footwear customers.
Provide a customized fitting experience, asking the right questions to ensure the customer gets the best shoe (and other products) for them.
Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure is key
Provide general information about running, training programs, upcoming events, etc.
Maintain storefront through regular cleaning and organization
Assist manager(s) with opening and closing responsibilities
Assist event staff with responsibilities and events as needed
Attend periodic staff meetings / workshops
Other duties as assigned by the owners or managers
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
