- Greet customers warmly and assist with their queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Price merchandise accurately and make price changes as directed by store management.
- Organize and face merchandise on shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in receiving and organizing incoming products as instructed by store management.
- Participate in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Respond to telephone calls and handle them efficiently.
- Process customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and manage customer returns effectively.
Additional Duties:
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the store.
