This location has approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of space and features an expanded Sporting Goods selection, including guns. Also available is a large clothing and footwear selection with boots and shoes, women's clothing and brands such as Carhartt and Wrangler. Additionally, this location offers STIHL Power Equipment, a full seasonal greenhouse
We are looking for an energetic, dedicated individual who can work in a fast paced environment to lead this location. Ability to communicate, lead by example, and able to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is needed.
$60,000 - $80,000 /yr depending on experience

- Responsible for overall sales and expenses at assigned retail store.
- Direct and coordinate the merchandising of products.
- Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise throughout the retail store.
- Ensure adequate inventory in all areas.
- Assist customers with a full variety of needs including purchases, returns, special orders, complaints etc.
- Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of product needs and other product information throughout their assigned retail store.
- Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
- Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
