- Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data.
- Plan and execute server and network system upgrades.
- Manage data backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Analyze system performance and usage trends, recommending improvements.
- Create and update technical documentation and procedures.
- Monitor and manage system capacity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Design and deploy Server/Storage Infrastructure.
- Manage and Maintain SQL Server infrastructure and databases.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, software deployment, security updates and patches. Provide support including, but not limited to, researching and resolving computer hardware and software problems, capturing and documenting the details of an issue and troubleshooting steps taken in order to escalate the issue or document the identification and resolution.
- Maintain awareness of current trends and learn new technologies as directed.
- Ability to be on call with a rotating schedule to support issues and problem resolution outside of office hours.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and enterprise-class systems management, including Windows Server, VMWare.
- Experience in security and data protection, including knowledge of backup and recovery systems such as Cohesity.
