Position Summary:
The Assistant Executive Director, assists in managing the operations of Runnstone Senior Living, ensuring high-quality programs and services that foster an optimal living environment for residents. This role oversees clinical caregiver scheduling to maintain adequate staffing, compliance with regulations, and the overall efficiency of care services. Coordination with home care providers, staff management, and budget oversight are critical components of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- (Not required) Licensed as an Assisted Living Director with BELTSS
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in senior care operations, regulatory compliance, and caregiver scheduling.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficiency.
- Experience working with Assisted Living care providers and coordinating healthcare services.
