The growth team is responsible for driving leads and activations at scale through a variety of high-impact strategies. We manage paid ads, email campaigns, social media, SEO-driven content, conversion rate optimization, and growth experiments designed to drive more revenue.
We're now looking to add a Growth Full Stack Engineer to enhance our efforts in funnel optimization. This hybrid role combines your fullstack engineering skills with an obsession for understanding user behavior, experimenting, and optimizing our website and user flows to maximize conversion rates.
Responsibilities :
- Lead CRO efforts for our website, sign-up flows, and critical touch points within the product
- Design, develop, and implement A / B tests and multivariate experiments to understand user behavior and improve conversion rates
- Develop landing pages and dynamic content experiences to personalize user interactions
- Analyze data and report on findings, using insights to inform rapid iterations and future tests
- Collaborate with design and marketing to create high-converting user journeys based on different ICPs
- Use a variety of tools (Next.js, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, analytics, testing platforms) to create flexible, responsive, and conversion-focused pages

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
