Runway is a recruiter for this role. We have multiple sales job opportunities with our clients. These are entry-level sales positions (SDRs and BDRs), so doing cold outreach, prospecting, and booking demos. All of our clients are in the B2B space and the current openings are in-person jobs in Atlanta.


About the Role


As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of sales efforts, responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, build relationships, and set the foundation for successful client partnerships. This role is perfect for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect & Qualify Leads: Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
  • Pipeline Development: Manage and track lead interactions in the CRM, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and improve engagement strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.


Who You Are


  • 1-3 years of internship or full-time experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales activities, including cold calling and emailing.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Background or interest in construction technology, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.

As they continue to scale, they're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Atlanta and drive new business opportunities. This role is an in-person job working in the office Monday-Thursday. Friday's are remote. The office is in Dunwoody.


The other company is a fast-growing company revolutionizing commercial real estate data and analytics. Their platform provides brokers, investors, and firms with the insights they need to make informed decisions and close deals faster. As they expand, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their Atlanta-based sales team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role is an in-person job working in the office Monday-Firday. The office is in Buckhead.
