Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with strong administrative skills, human resources or related experience.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and training to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate performance management processes by coordinating evaluations and providing necessary documentation.
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and conflict management in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Participate in special projects related to employee engagement and organizational development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role. Human Resources or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and benefits administration is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
