Purpose: This position will complete base tasks in an effort to support branch activity within the
Accounts Payable department.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolving internal and external customer inquiries/request for information
Managing vendor and intercompany branch communications
Entering and verifying AP invoices
Performing data entry to post AP invoices
Posting and reconciling branch checkbooks
Assisting with various projects related to process improvement and annual year-end activities
Working with the team as needed to meet deadlines and accomplish accounting goals
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP preferred
Business Administration or Accounting career track preferred
Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work through interruptions and re-prioritize as needed based on company and
department needs

A customer service mindset is a must.
2-3 years of AP experience preferred
Solid organizational, mathematical, and analytical abilities
Must be able to learn a variety of business applications
Intermediate spreadsheet skills preferred

of energy, enthusiasm, and ethics
