- Build relationships with clients and communicate budget hours and job requirements.
- Maintain quality of work by inspecting jobs daily and completing property service reports.
- Sell extras through T&M tickets and maintain assigned vehicle and equipment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others at various levels.
- Ability to work with service customers and develop a good client relationship.
- At least one year of experience in commercial contract maintenance work.
- Certifications or industry experience may substitute for educational requirements.
