Production Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee productivity and efficiency of onsite crews performing landscape maintenance tasks
- Operate and provide safe training on all equipment, including two-cycle and mowing machinery
- Coordinate punch lists, ensure quality control, and maintain communication with clients through the assigned Account Manager
- Recruit, train, and develop field operations team members
- Conduct weekly inspections of job sites
- Manage the programming, inspections, and minor repairs of irrigation systems as necessary
- Identify and report onsite issues to the Account Manager
- Perform daily inspections to ensure proper equipment usage, preventative maintenance, and fleet management
- Lead and conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings
- Ensure the proper maintenance, storage, and usage of branch equipment
- Supervise the enhancement crews during installation days
- Manage labor hours according to the budget for each job
- Review and manage property work orders in real time
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a crew in production level including recruiting, hiring, and training field personnel
- Extensive knowledge of all landscape maintenance equipment
- Experience in production and in customer service in a commercial setting
- Proven ability to manage the production of service work effectively
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and tablet usage
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
