What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Project Manager position at Rural Advancement Foundation International-USA?
The Contract Project Manager’s primary focus will be member programming for the Farmers of Color Network Program. This position will lead the overall implementation of the program work plan internally. The position leads the internal FOCN team to ensure coordination across programs and geographies. The Manager will also play a vital role in community building and quantifying the impact of FOCN member programming.
Essential Responsibilities:

Farmers of Color Network program management (75%)

Manage overall member programming workflow, including development of and adherence to work plan and calendar

Lead program reporting and evaluation

Collaborate with and manage work plan of Farmers of Color Network Coordinator

Farmer Outreach and programming (25%)

Develop and manage outreach strategy for network

Oversee the planning and execution of FOCN-led and attend externally-run events relevant to network membership for outreach purposes

Compensation: Contractor averaging 14 hours/week starting Feb 1, 2025 until Dec 31, 2025 at $65/hour.
