Summary
As a Clinical Nurse at Rural Health, Inc., you will be an essential part of our healthcare team, delivering high-quality nursing care to our diverse patient population. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes in the community. The Clinical Nurse (CMA/LPN) must be able to work every Saturday at our Goreville clinic and every Sunday at our Anna clinic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the state of Illinois.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to perform clinical procedures competently including MDS assessments and vital sign monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Experience in a medical office environment is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care with strong organizational skills.
