As a QA Site Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality and functionality of our website across multiple devices and platforms. This role involves identifying bugs, performing manual and automated testing, and ensuring a seamless user experience by checking for broken links, usability issues, and performance inconsistencies.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $66,150 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.

Job Summary
As a QA Site Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality and functionality of our website across multiple devices and platforms. This role involves identifying bugs, performing manual and automated testing, and ensuring a seamless user experience by checking for broken links, usability issues, and performance inconsistencies.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of the website to identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies.
- Ensure the website performs optimally across various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases based on functional requirements and project specifications.
- Identify issues, document them in bug tracking systems (i.e. Jira), and work closely with developers and other teams to resolve them.
- Perform usability tests to ensure that the site is user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with best practices in design and user experience (UX).
- Maintain and update test reports, tracking metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and testing results, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Continuously monitor the website to ensure there are no technical issues and provide feedback for improvements.
- Ensure that the website meets quality standards and follows industry best practices, including accessibility and security guidelines.
- Create clear documentation for test plans, procedures, and results to maintain consistency and traceability in the testing process.

- At least 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), testing, or a related field, with a preferred focus on web or e-commerce platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control systems.
- Familiarity with cross-browser and device compatibility testing, as well as accessibility testing (WCAG standards).
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to review and analyze information for accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with development and product teams, convey ideas clearly, and provide direction.
