What You'll Do
As a QA Site Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality and functionality of our website across multiple devices and platforms. This role involves identifying bugs, performing manual and automated testing, and ensuring a seamless user experience by checking for broken links, usability issues, and performance inconsistencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, web testing, and a solid understanding of website functionality and performance standards.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of the website to identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies. This includes testing website features, functionality, and user interface (UI) elements.
- Ensure the website performs optimally across various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases based on functional requirements and project specifications.
- Identify issues, document them in bug tracking systems (i.e. Jira), and work closely with developers and other teams to resolve them.
- Perform usability tests to ensure that the site is user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with best practices in design and user experience (UX).
- Maintain and update test reports, tracking metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and testing results, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Continuously monitor the website to ensure there are no technical issues and provide feedback for improvements.
- Ensure that the website meets quality standards and follows industry best practices, including accessibility and security guidelines.
- Create clear documentation for test plans, procedures, and results to maintain consistency and traceability in the testing process.
- Work alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence every day.
