What You’ll do

As a Digital Marketing Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms, ensuring our audience stays connected and inspired.

Develop engaging social media content, including text, videos, and images, tailored to platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Schedule and publish posts in alignment with the established content calendar.

Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, best practices, and quality standards.

Plan efficient video shoots by creating shot lists and coordinating with necessary teams or property managers.

Edit and produce professional, high-quality videos with transitions, music, text overlays, and visual effects to align with social media trends.

Use project management tools to upload, review, and refine content.

Collaborate with analytics teams to measure content performance and adjust strategies to maximize audience engagement.

Stay current with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.

Execute standalone content projects requiring coordination and approvals from internal teams.

Think creatively to generate fresh ideas, adapt quickly to fast-paced demands, and balance multiple tasks effectively.

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualities for Success

2 years of experience in social media content creation for a brand or agency.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, and video editing tools.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics.

Experience with DSLR cameras, drone equipment, and creative storytelling.

Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and adapt to evolving priorities.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.

Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.

Able to navigate and access all facilities.

Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.

Close vision for computer-related tasks.

The pay range for this position is $44,750 - $59,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
