Hours Of Work

Hours of work are generally 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Thursday and mornings on Friday’s, although exceptions may occur. This is an hourly position with the potential of becoming a salary position. Hours worked will range from 25 to 30 hours per week.

General Work Description

Welcoming  clients

Answering Phone, responding to emails, and maintaining Touch Points (texting system)

Preparing for client reviews

Scheduling meetings

Responding to and making policy changes

Reporting Claims

Participate in ongoing product and services training

Preparing Quotes

Office Operations (purchasing of supplies, mailing/shipping, maintaining phones, printers, and office equipment)

Network in the community

Maintain client and prospect information, documentation, notes

Participate in the quantification of sales activities

Contribute to ongoing systems development

Support other areas of the business as assigned

The position will require some local travel outside our office. Servicing Associates are responsible for maintaining adequate notes in our customer relationship management system and quantification systems. Service Associates also participate in other phases of lead generation, service training, general office duties, and systems design.

Personal Leave may be used for vacation, sick leave, medical appointments, or personal days.

Year One – (After 90 day training period) earn two weeks

Year Two – earn three weeks

After 5 years of employment – earn 4 weeks

Compensation

The initial training period of 90 days begins at a base wage level of $17 per hour or about $1700 per month. At the end of your successful initial training period, your base wage has the potential to increase as well as participation in office bonuses.
