• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell and service new insurance policies or adjust existing ones
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
• Appraise the needs of business or individual customers and recommend suitable protection plans
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and appointments in the field
• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Keep sales databases, and customer records to accurately report the progress of marketing and sales efforts on CRM

• Experience in delivering customer service and creating long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Excellent skills in communication: Ability to take direction
