Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is a mission-driven hospitalist group that provides a solution to the healthcare crisis facing rural communities across the United States, and we want you to join us! This is a great opportunity for a strong Hospitalist to join our exciting program. We are currently seeking full or part-time physicians to help us grow!
Requirements :
- Well Equipped Critical Access hospital
- Internal Medicine or Family Practice Required
- Intubation, Vent Management
- Trauma Level 4 Plus if you can help with peds call

Steady 24-hour shifts - Minimum 5-day block every month. RPG offers opportunities that allow Providers to provide quality care while maintaining clinical autonomy with flexible scheduling options. Additionally, there are no relocation requirements; simply travel to our program locations and stay on-site for the duration of their shifts.
RPG Providers manage their own work / life balance and choose as many or as few shifts as they would like, with full-time physicians earning $350K-$500K each year with a competitive daily stipend, keeping their own collections and having malpractice insurance covered by RPG.
