Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the activities of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with specialists
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently using Cerner EMR system
Requirements
- Current LA medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Proven experience in critical care medicine, preferably in an acute care hospital setting
- Superb leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
