As a Clinic LPN, you will play a key role in supporting our psychiatric providers, ensuring seamless patient care, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience for our patients.
The Role: What to Expect
- Location: Based in our Bismarck, ND office.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to provide top-tier mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Support: Implement nursing care based on patient needs under the direction of psychiatrists and mid-level providers.
- Medication Management: Update and maintain accurate patient medication records.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for patients, guardians, insurance companies, providers, and pharmacies.
- Administrative & Clinical Support: Assist with documentation, patient assessments, and general nursing duties.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all records and communications adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Conflict Resolution: Follow the chain of command for addressing concerns or conflicts.
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Utah (or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced mental health setting.
- Passion for providing care to patients in rural and underserved areas.
