Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to our customers in Osage Beach and the surrounding areas. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules throughout Osage Beach, MO.
- Ensure packages are delivered accurately and in excellent condition
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain delivery logs and records
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Osage Beach and surrounding territories is a plus
- Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities Include:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver packages to customers in Osage and surrounding areas
- Follow pre-planned delivery routes and ensure packages are delivered on time
- Provide exceptional customer service with every delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and safety guidelines
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage

PAY & BENEFITS
Weekly Pay - Starting at $19.00 - 23.00 Per Hour (depending on experience)
Full-time and part-time positions available
Paid Sick Time Off - Begin accruing from start of employment

Be able to pass a background check
Be able to pass a physical examination
