Rural Solutions Rolla is a contractor for FedEx Ground and looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our delivery team in Rolla, Missouri! As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring that packages are delivered on time and in great condition to homes and businesses in Joplin and the surrounding areas. You’ll enjoy working independently, navigating your routes, and making sure our customers receive top-notch service—one package at a time!
Responsibilities Include:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver packages to customers in Rolla and surrounding areas
- Follow pre-planned delivery routes and ensure packages are delivered on time
- Provide exceptional customer service with every delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and safety guidelines
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage

PAY & BENEFITS
Weekly Pay - Starting at $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour (depending on experience)
Full-time and part-time positions available
Paid Sick Time Off - Begin accruing from start of employment

Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record,
Be able to pass a background check
Be able to pass a physical examination
Be able to pass a drug screen (up to and including marijuana as per federal DOT regulations; no medical exceptions).
