Maintenance TechniciansStarting salary $30.90 to $37.99)Duties & Responsibilities include
Basic mix of electro-mechanical industrial maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, required
Ability to troubleshoot / replace, A / C motors, D / C motors, analog and digital sensors, bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic / pneumatic componentsAbility to calibrate machines; electrically and mechanicallySchedule required maintenance per established PM’sSchedule routine work ordersRespond to emergency work orders within established parameters of timely responseExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of plant operations and facility managementSharing your knowledge and gaining knowledge from the rest of the team is essentialKnowledge and ability to read / interpret schematics, highly preferredExperience and compliance with OSHA regulationsSelf-motivated, dependable, punctual, and organizedMinimum Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma / GED
Job related certifications, a plusPrior experience in corrugated industryExperience in a manufacturing facility is a plusExperience operating forklift and clamp trucks is a plusAssociates degree directly related to manufacturing is a plusRelated Military training / experience preferred but not requiredProduction TechniciansStarting salary $20.60 to $27.81)Duties & Responsibilities include
Run various systems including high speed corrugating machines, robotic assembly devices, conveyors, batch mixers, electrical distribution systems, and building automation systems.
Follow all PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety procedures associated with the production centerAchieve conformance to production goals, product quality and costAbility to identify opportunities for continuous improvement with respect to Safety / Housekeeping, Quality, Cost Production, and TeamTroubleshoot problems throughout production run minimizing safety hazards, loss of quality, production, and downtimeEffectively communicate with plant operations and facility managementMinimum Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma / GED required

Inspect trailers prior to loading to ensure they are free and clear of debris.
Load or assist loading product into a trailer following shipping instructionsScan product back into inventory following shipping instructionsUnload or assist in unloading finished product in or from trailer following shipping instructionsInspect load in trailer to ensure it is properly loaded and it is the correct load after leavingVerify count while truck is being unloaded, as allowed by customersPerform daily truck inspections, and report any maintenance items to management immediatelyMinimum Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma / GED
Job related certifications, a plusPrior experience in corrugated industryExperience in a manufacturing facility is a plusExperience operating forklift and clamp trucks is a plusAssociates degree directly related to manufacturing is a plusRelated Military training / experience preferred but not requiredAll positions will support either 2nd shift (3pm - 11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm - 7am) operations.
Closed toe or steel toe shoes / boots are required for the facility tour.
