What are the responsibilities and job description for the AVP RUMG Practice Operations – Western Market position at Rush Copley Medical Center?
The AVP for Practice Operations, RMG provides strategic leadership and operational management to Rush Medical Group (RMG) ambulatory clinics that aligns with the vision and strategic imperatives of RUSH. The AVP for RMG Practice Operations will ensure accountability to operational, strategic and financial objectives for the Chicago Western market with center of primary service area in Aurora, IL with clearly defined timeframes and accountabilities. The AVP of RMG Practice Operations will lead and mentor a team of directors cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The AVP of RMG Practice Operations will also oversee the management of, and provide direction to, Practice Administrators, Managers, Nursing Leaders, and performance improvement leadership to ensure safe, welcoming and effective delivery of patient care. In addition, this individual will work directly with VP of Operations for RMG, RMG clinicians, RUSH leadership, and staff to identify programs, services and associated competencies required to build and expand the services of RMG. This role is a key leadership role in continuing to build a growth platform for ambulatory expansion, while optimizing resource utilization across RMG.
