What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director/Women's Health Institute position at Rush Copley Medical Center?
The Women's Health Institute Director is responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining excellence in clinical practice and effectiveness, strategic initiatives and efficiency of operations within their defined areas of responsibility. This position serves to facilitate collaborative professional relationships with the medical staff and all other hospital departments. The position models the Rush Copley Medical Center mission, vision and values and ensures that operations result in high quality, team-oriented, patient focused and cost effective services. The position acts in accordance with Rush Copley Medical Center policies and procedures and holds others accountable for meeting regulatory and best practice standards.
Position Requirements:
- Current state of Illinois Registered Nurse license required
- Five years of progressive leadership experience required
- Women's Health experience required
- Master's degree required
- Perinatal Level III experience preferred
$65.14 - $89.56 Hourly
