What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager/Security position at Rush Copley Medical Center?
Position Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Security Department and general Security services for the Hospital Campus, Yorkville Campus and other entities as agreed upon.
Position Requirements: • High school diploma/GED required; Associate Degree in law enforcement or criminal justice preferred • Minimum 5 years Security or law enforcement management/supervision required • Valid driver’s license required • Previous supervisory experience desired • Must have good communication skills • Basic computer skills necessary • IAHSS certification of Basic, Advanced, and Supervisory required after hire • Complete de-escalation training through a certified trainer within 90 days of hire
