Position Summary
Perform all functions necessary to provide Members and Guest of Rush Copley
Healthplex indoor / outdoor tennis with superior customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high quality customer service to all club members and guests
- Secure the outdoor tennis courts usage for Rush Copley members and paid guest and ensure that the appropriate court fees have been paid when applicable through Club automation.
- Communicate with Manager on Duty, Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping personal when necessary.
- Follow daily maintenance schedule to ensure that the outdoor Tennis courts, the surrounding area and buildings are in an orderly and neat appearance at all times.
- Follow court closing procedures when applicable and ensure that all Healthplex property has been secured in a proper fashion and ready for the next day usage.
