Pay Range: 38.02 - 61.88

Summary: The Outcomes Research Program Manager will partner with physicians and scientists across the department to produce high quality research on a variety of topics utilizing teams of residents, medical students and staff and both departmental and institutional resources. This role independently manages research projects, from literature reviews through publication, performing data collection and analysis, coordinating tasks amongst the team, troubleshooting and reporting on progress to Principal Investigators and department leadership at regular intervals. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
