Location: RUSH Physical Therapy- 150 E Huron St Suite 803, Chicago IL 60611
Schedule: Full time, M/W 1030-7, T/TH/FRI 7-330
Compensation: $76,000 - $90,000 (experience pending)
Incentives: Indefinite student debt benefit program
RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist with a passion for oncology to join our center on Huron Street in Chicago, IL. Caseload will be a mix of orthopedics and oncology. This is a key center within our local ReVital program - while not required, ideal candidates will also have lymphedema experience/certification.
Seize the opportunity to join our trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
- At least 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
- Lymphedema experience/certification
