Colorado Rush Staff Coaches Needed in Littleton and Lakewood, Colorado!
We are looking for experienced Competitive Soccer Coaches that are organized, motivated and task-oriented. This position requires a minimum of 3 years prior competitive youth soccer coaching experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will:
- Follow the direction and philosophy set forth by the Club with the main focus on individual player development
- Have the ability to coach both male and female players technically, tactically, physically and mentally
- Lead team training sessions and in game coaching
- Game scheduling and team administration
- Assisting the Club in identifying players and forming teams at Tryouts
- Coaches are required to participate in educational programs such as clinics and Club meetings
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years coaching experience
- U.S.S.F. "D" License or higher preferred
- Passionate about kids and youth soccer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be fun, energetic and enthusiastic
- Must be able to pass a background check, Safe Sport and all State requirements
- Must be available to work on evenings and weekends
- Be confident and capable of dealing with parents and upholding the Rush philosophy
Position:
This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position, working during the spring and fall seasons. Spring (March, April and May); Fall (August, September, October) with optional summer, winter and 1:1 training opportunities available.
Compensation:
Salary is determined by licensing, experience and the number of teams and ranges between $3,000 and $9,000 per year.
