The Data & Analytics team at Rush Street Interactive (RSI) works to enable data driven decision making through creating and maintaining data outputs and products that provide access to relevant data and insights. We are looking for a Director of Data Products to work closely with internal teams to guide selection, development and usage of data centric products. The role will work across departments, bridging the gap between, analytics, data science, product management and development teams, ensuring alignment to company goals and end user requirements. Initial focus will be working with the Marketing team to enabling growth efforts but the intent is for the role to broaden as the Data & Analytics team enables data driven decision making across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is someone that thrives on making sure internal partners have exactly what they need to leverage data and drive growth. Knowledge of CRM and operational workflow products is essential. The candidate should be excited about coming into a team in the process of shaping the direction of data and analytics at RSI, working closely with internal stakeholders to champion a data driven mindset by interpreting and creating strong requirements, and delivering efficient and usable data processes, products and services. There is an expectation for data product managers to both set and drive the roadmap while also getting "hands on" when necessary to move the ball forward.

The salary range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and / or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.
Location Eligibility : Open to candidates across the US (except California, Washington, Maryland, and New York).
