Responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing withdrawal processes and reviewing supporting documentation
- Responding to escalated customer complaints related to payments and fraud
- Conducting thorough analyses of player activity to detect potential fraudulent behavior
- Collaborating with customer support teams to resolve payments-related issues
- Participating in chargeback dispute resolution and fraud investigation efforts
- Processing and verifying KYC documents submitted by patrons
- Maintaining accurate records of patron information and performing manual KYC updates when necessary
