This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of payment functions, risk monitoring, and KYC document management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Timely processing of withdrawals and document review
- Investigating and responding to escalated payments/fraud-related customer contacts
- Analyzing player activity to prevent, identify, and report potential fraud
- Assisting customer service with payments-related inquiries
- Assisting with chargeback disputes and fraud investigations as needed
- Reviewing and accepting/rejecting KYC documents uploaded by patrons
- Updating patron information and manually completing the KYC process
- Logging changes to player accounts as required in each jurisdiction
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of iGaming, sports wagering, payment processing, and various payment methods/providers. Experience with gambling industry terminology, promotions, and gameplay is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with data analysis and fraud detection techniques.
